Changes / Cancellation of Events.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Events are sometimes postponed or cancelled completely. Event dates and times are usually printed on the tickets and are not usually subject to change. It is important that you check with the event venue or local media to ensure that you arrive at the correct time and on the correct date. If an event is re-scheduled, Tickets will often be valid for the new date and you will not in any circumstances be entitled to a refund for a re-scheduled event. Please be aware that on occasion an event organiser may at their discretion or owing to production changes opt to withdraw a seating location and supply an alternative. In the event that you are unhappy with the alternate ticket(s) we may at our discretion offer a refund of 100% of the order value upon return of the unused original ticket.

All ticket purchases on our Website are final and no refund or exchanges will be given unless the event is cancelled entirely and the event organisers offer buyers a refund for their tickets. If the organisers of the event do offer a refund in the event of a cancellation, to be entitled to a refund you must send to us (via Royal Mail special delivery or any other trackable secure courier service) the original tickets purchased via the Website and within the time frame communicated to you by us. In the case where the event is cancelled outright and the event organisers do not offer refunds for any reason. We will be unable to refund shipping costs. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can not be duplicated.

 

Refunds

Occasionally, events are cancelled, rescheduled or materially altered by the team, performer or Event Organizer for a variety of reasons. Contact us for exact instructions.

Cancellation: If an event is cancelled (and not rescheduled), you will be offered a refund of the sale price of your ticket(s), including the relevant per ticket service charge but excluding the per order handling fee. If an event takes place over several days and one or more day(s) is/are cancelled (but not all the days constituting the event), a partial refund only may be payable corresponding to the day(s) cancelled.

Rescheduling: Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular event, if an event is rescheduled, you will be offered seats at any rescheduled event (subject to availability) of a value corresponding with your original tickets. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you will be offered a refund of the sale price of your ticket(s) including the relevant per ticket service charge but excluding the per order handling fee. You must inform us within the time specified by us if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, otherwise we may reconfirm your booking for the rescheduled date and you will not be entitled to claim a refund.
